Andy is a proven leader in the Customer Success and non-profit industry with more than 24 years developing effective solutions and communications to effectively engage with customers and align to their business needs and outcomes.  Andy’s focus is on helping our customers maximize their value and return on investment in the Blackbaud solutions they own. Prior to his current role as Vice President of Customer Success at Blackbaud, Andy created and ran a global Customer Success organization in the technology non-profit industry, where he served for 20 years in a variety of roles spanning from consulting, to service delivery, overseeing global services, to customer success.  Andy’s career in the non-profit world began in 1994 where he served as the Director of Alumni Programs and Giving at his Alma Mater, Georgia State University.  He went on to serve as the Director of Student and Young Alumni & Giving Programs at Georgetown University.

As a leader and solution strategist, Andy has also been responsible for developing and executing a global framework to effectively implement solutions that enable customer success, adoption and growth.  He also led in the establishment of a global cross-organizational team to develop and implement a customer journey map to create a seamless customer experiences throughout each phase of their life-cycle.  Andy’s ability to develop and produce effective customer service models has led to successful outcomes of performance targets meeting critical KPIs for customers.

Andy’s ability to effectively communicate across diverse cultures, customers, and regions, comes from his  multi-cultural French, Lebanese, and Hungarian background.  Andy speaks fluent French and Spanish (conversational Arabic and Hungarian) that have afforded him the opportunity to successfully communicate with customers at the global level.
