Save a dollar and become a bbcon scholar.
Each year Blackbaud awards bbcon scholarships to 10 nonprofit professionals who exude a passion for learning and want to propel their organization’s mission forward. bbcon opens the door for professional growth through hands-on training, networking opportunities, and interactive demos.
Scholarships for bbcon include a complimentary registration to bbcon 2017 and supporting events, including meals (breakfast and lunch), evening events, and conference materials. Individuals interested in applying should submit the following information:
- Your contact information including your organization’s name.
- Summary of your organization’s mission statement.
- Written application of why you want to attend bbcon and what you hope to gain by attending. Please limit this to 500 words or less.
- A letter of recommendation from your supervisor. Please limit this to 300 words or less.
Your complete application must be received via fax, email, or mail postmarked no later than Friday, July 21, 2017. Please send all applications as a document, not an email. In order for an application to be considered for a scholarship, it is necessary that all information be submitted. Applications without recommendation letters will not be reviewed. Conditions of Award
Scholarships are used exclusively for registration fees for bbcon 2017, are non-transferrable, and have no cash or exchange value. The recipient is responsible for all travel, lodging, personal expenses, and agrees to allow Blackbaud or another company affiliated with the scholarship to use the recipient’s name in promotional materials.
